How you guys doing, just trying to gather information on Brook Park. Proximity to downtown and attractions? Is it a good area? Good schools? Average rent for a home? Is it up and coming, stable or declining? Checking around for a multifamily home where I can possibly rent the other side. Thanks in advance

Seems fairly stable to me, has its own rapid stop. Brookpark Rd is a major street with every store you can think of. The high school is Midpark HS which is okay. It just seems like an inner ring suburb that is chugging along. Don't really hear much about it.

If school quality is important and you are willing to live further south, you might want to consider Strongsville.

It's actually Berea-Midpark High School, which as formed a couple years ago through the merger of Berea and Midpark high schools. It's now the only high school in the Berea City School District, which covers Berea, Brook Park, and Middleburg Heights. B-M is a good (but big) high school. Contrary to what another poster said, I don't think it's particularly different in quality from Strongsville High School, which is located just to the south.
