Hello Smart People...

We are a first time home buyer and confused as others !!!! We are looking to buy Pre-Foreclosure/REO homes to get a very attractive deals .... WestLake, Avon, Strongsville, North Royalton, Broadview Heights are some of the cities in our radar... Not particular with city but just looking to get a good deals...

Any help, link, guidence will highly be appreciated...

prepare for a LONG process. it might also be disappointing at times, too.

it used to be that you had to pay to find out which houses were in forclosure. now you can call any realtor and find that most houses are short sales or full forclosures. howard hanna or keller williams will be a good start.

It can be tricky but you would want to work with a company like ours that has true inventory... You can contact me ONLY if you are looking to invest... we are not listing agents... we are an investment source with large portfolio... If you are just a home buyer google a listing agent that has REO listed...

Unfortunately many of them are in FLA. Amtrust does a TON of business everywhere BUT Cleveland.
