if we're looking at the same one.. i think we are... it started out asking $600k in 2009. Steady price drops have brought it to $450k. It looks like a nice place.

ill have to try and figure out which one it is, but if theres no ROOM for a pool, that would probably rule it out.

school wise, my daughter will probably go to public (assuming wherever we buy has a decent school attached to it) and my son will most likely go to the friends school since i think he would do best in that particular type of environment. weve looked at CFA but dont think my daughter would be a fit academically and i cant see my son particularly enjoying a school like that (or doing well with such structure) either. seems like a really good school, just not for my pretty average kids LOL
