I am looking for another person or family that would be interested in sharing a long term (yearly lease) rental property on Topsail Island. We would co-sign lease, share the financial responsibilities, and equally split time. Basically, we rent the place on a yearly basis and have unlimited access to a vacation home with no commitment beyond the terms of lease. Multiple options exist as far as size of units and location on island- I am somewhat flexible.
