So my husband got into a small car accident in Jacksonville. He was making a turn and the car started to swerved, he over corrected and hit another car. Our insurance company already paid for the damage to both cars. He got a ticket for "improper turn" and driving left of center. Will this give him points on his license, insurance points that is? I've heard that if your in an accident and go to court with proof that your insurance covered the damage they dismiss it, is that true? What are his chances at reducing or getting this dismissed without a lawyer? He can't use PJC because I already have :/
