Kill Devil Hills, NC Vacation looking for Paleo, Local, Organic -Healthy eating (Kitty Hawk: restaurants)

We are going from Central VA down 95 to Kill Devil Hills and need Paleo, Local, and Organic -Healthy eating or the closest thing to Healthy.
I eat mostly plant based Paleo, have sensitivity to Gluten and Nightshades (tomato, potato, eggplant, peppers and paprika) and even avoid High Histamine foods - and have gotten so used to eating quality food that it is hard to eat out.

I LOVE to Fish so I hope I catch some fish on our trip Because of the Histamine Intolerance I have to pretty much kill it and eat it the sooner the better. one or two days best up to 7-days after that it is most likely going to be to high histamine for me.

IF anyone knows of any Healthy accommodating places please post.

I’ve been researching this for hours… It is the pits trying to take road trips and needing to make stops for my legs and not finding healthy places to eat. Also traveling on Monday's eliminates what few good choices I find -

We need ideas for lunch and dinner Kill Devil Hills, NC /OBX and for travel to and from 64 / 258 /158 going on a MONDAY and returning same route on a THURS .

I've found a few places that look good - some closed on Mon or only open for dinner etc.

It specialized in locally grown (or caught) food, and they have their own farm.
