The issue is that she has 3 cats. Max allowed at the property you cited is 2.

Most apt complexes are the same.. max 2 pets.

When our new build was delayed, we had to find a temporary rental as we had sold our existing house.........it wasn't easy as we had 4 indoor cats. Push came to shove and we had to fib.. saying we only had 2. I was a wreck about it for 3 months. I was so happy when our new house was finally finished and I could relax.

SFM homes in the area under $1000 are not in the greatest areas and tend to be not in the best of shape.

That is true, about having three pets. Hopefully I will work something out. After all, I have plenty of time and I own a house here so no worries. I will have both a job and a place before I do move back home.
