That's a good suggestion. However, the issue is air polluton from a coal-burning plant as well as the use of ground water and the dumping of pollutants into the Cape Fear River. There are enough environmentalists around to tie it up for years.

There may also be dispatching jobs from the existing gravel plant in Leland, run by Martin-Marietta Aggregates.
