My wife and I are looking at the Wilmington area to relocate. We have 2 daughters aged 4&5. My wife is retired and looking for a house around 200-250k. I need good schools for the girls and safe neighborhood. Any and all advise would be appreciated. Thanks

Check Pine Valley. School looks old but the instruction is very good.

Mostly older brick ranch homes but good size lots and great location. Middle and High Schools are good too.

Look in the general area south of Oleander, east of College Road and north of Pinner Road. Your budget may be tight, but their are some houses in your range.
