Found a "Bayer Aspirin" size pillbox displaying 40's dressed girls (3) and a Santa advertising Coca Cola. Believe it from 1940's cannot find it any where on the internet a friend offered a pretty penny for it anyone know anything about this item? It is a Red pillbox with three girls drinking Coke and dressed in 40's outfit annotated Coca Cola.

Try Petretti's Coca-Cola Collectibles Price Guide. It's a good book for finding prices on everything antique, rare, and mass-produced.

If there's no number on it, it's most likely mass-produced. The trick is figuring out how many there might be left on the face of the earth. I'm just an amateur Coca-Cola collector (30 years) with a very old copy of Petretti, and a lot of mass-produced coca-cola crap.

I like it though!

Back in the '50s, my Mom got some old metal Coca-Cola trays with pictures of girls drinking the product. As I recall, one of them featured a topless gal.

Mom painted them over solid black.

I have an antique Coca Cola pharmaceutical medicine bottle. Label is yellowed with age and reads "cocaine removed". Bottle came from a 97 year old woman's estate. I have not altered it in any way. There is still liquid in the bottle. Similar bottles have sold on Ebay for $275+. I am asking $175. I think it's fair. 912-550-1253
