Many of the kids here have already got their letters! I hope the OP's daughter has applied already, or she may not have many options.
That's what I'm saying, I know OP has been asking over a year now for help with her DD, I hope this is a matter of which of the two her DD should pick.

They got the early action/decision letters by now as well as rolling admissions. Regular decisions usually come out in March. But the OPs daughter should have applied somewhere by now if she is senior. If not she should be looking for rolling admissions schools.
I hope she is NOT a senior, but the OP says she is!
I missed that---
OP, she just needs to pick some schools and apply, today. Most schools are closed to applications already, not all but most. Plus you are getting close to the deadline for any financial aid if you need that and she has already missed out on merit opportunities at probably every school. YOu have been on this board for quite some time now and have been told this many times. The time to move is now.
It's no different than a kid going to any school. They are pretty selective with the kids that get into the auto admit programs and they are evaluated yearly. Most kids know by the end of freshman year if it's not for them.
Well, I agree pre meds tend to be a driven bunch no matter what LOL, but it can a bit different being part of a cohort that was admitted togther specifcally to be doctors. When in that situation, sometimes saying goodbye to medicine also means leaving your support community. Plus, it can excaerbate feelings of failure if all your friends are still on the track and you jump off. There are also kids who are doing okay with grades but become unsure they even want medicine over time, but feel pressure to stay in the program for all thereasons previously mentioned. That's why I always ask what these programs have in place for dealing with the inevitable attrition. I think most of them do an okay job but you at least have to investigate IMO.

Either way, it's probably moot since these slots have been filled and the OP's daughter really doesn't seem to be on the ball with the college process anyway given that it's February and she hasn't started applying anywhere yet...
Moravian, York College and Mount Saint Mary thank u very much.......Even rec'd merit scholarships.......thank u very much.....
Then why do you keep asking about which schools she should apply to???
