It seems like it would qualify you to work as something akin to a social worker. But I don't know.

You will have the same job prospects as a person with a bachelor's degree in psychology or sociology. You won't be licensed like someone with a BSW. However, most social work jobs require a master's degree, so those with just a BSW have similar job prospects to sociology/psychology majors.

Exactly. To get anywhere significant specific to the degree you'll need a Masters in areas such as Social Work, Public Health or Health Care Administration.

You're working backwards. Identify the types of jobs you want to target and then see the type of degree those employers want. Search on indeed.com by job title and/or city. It's a great site for research since it aggregates job postings.

You could find employment with a non profit or a state agency as a case manager, answer phones, work intake, schedule initial appointments. As the other respondents said you will need a masters degree in Social Work or human services, then a license.
