I think it is tough (Masters Degree in HR). It is geared towards people who already have experience in that field.
Pros: you can study at odd hours whenever you feel like it and have a week to submit assignments.
Cons: It takes a lot of discipline and time to read the textbooks and if you have questions about course material, it is sometimes difficult to communicate with the teacher. Group assignments suck.
I chose Penn State because it has a good reputation and it is also a brick and mortar school, not just some online only establishment.
