Which countries do you think have the most educated people in terms of formal education? I mean, people that hold high education level from a college degree to PhD but in percentage because countries such as India and China are the most populated and is unfair to count people in numbers considering that China and India population have easily 100 times more population than Switzerland.

I think we need to stop comparing ourselves to India and China because it's not an apples to apples comparison. They test the best and brightest that can afford to go.to school. There are millions more who are totally illiterate and have little education. We are not "behind" them.

Russia and Canada at the top.
I would have expected Luxembourg to be #1.
But, I really think it should be Vatican City.
I'm surprised by Russia, but not by the US. It would be interesting to see an affordability rating alongside these numbers because from the little data I found on the internet, the US is less affordable than some of the higher ones. But I couldn't find enough data to make a solid connection.
