If you have any bank experience (teller perhaps) you could try to get a job as a service banker/relationship banker. For my bank (big national bank) you do not have a degree or any licenses that higher positions (relationship banker/branch manager) must have if you are a service banker. An AAS may put you ahead b/c usually most service bankers are promoted from the teller line.
