From Flourissant to C springs?

OY, that's at least a 45 minute-one hour drive under ideal driving conditions. For some that might live in CA that might be cool but in the winter...I don't know.

The area gets decent road plowing (I have driven highway 24 many, many, many times in my life) but if your job isn't flexible it may not be the most ideal situation.

In that regard I would look at something in Woodland Park.

I have known a few people that commute back and forth from Woodland and that's more ideal. I have also known a few that commute to Cripple Creek and soon leave their jobs because in the winter time, the roads can be pretty dicey.

But that's just my take on it and again, I have traveled that route many times. Most agreeable in a big truck with four wheel drive during the winter months.
