My family and I are moving to the AF Academy the first of Dec and are looking to buy our first home. We have three kids and need a four bedroom home with all bedrooms on the same level. We have been looking at homes online and would like to live in the Briargate area or anything near the north gate. We are looking to spend in the $300k range. We would like to live in an area with newer shopping, parks, community rec centers, and close to the north gate. Does anyone have a community, new homes or resale, that you would recommend? Recommend a realtor or mortgage broker? Any other general advice about the north gate area? Our three kids are going to be in elematary school so any advice in that department would be great. Sorry for all the questions

Also check out Jackson Creek, Gleneagle, and Stone Crossing. You won't go wrong with D20 or D38 schools either.

Jackson Creek, Monument, Colorado

Stone Crossing: Colorado Springs New Homes

Welcome, check your private messages I sent a rather lengthy one there, in short we just moved here as well and bought an awesome house in Cordera (Powers and Briargate). Our real estate agent was awesome and I'd be glad to give you his name and number.
