I have no experience whatsoever with this, but was able to find a place in Canon City using a google search. I doubt you will find anywhere in Colorado Springs itself to rent these as there is no where to take them here. But others on this forum may know better than I do....

There is a business on the northeast corner of Highway 24 and 21st Street that has a dozen or so sit-on-top ocean kayaks of various sizes and colors prominently displayed for sale. You might track them down and ask if they have some inflatable kayaks or, if not, where you might find some. Every time I drive by that place (almost daily) I get all excited for a split second, because I've done some epic long-distance ocean kayak trips. Then I remember theres, like, no water within 50 miles of Colorado Springs and I sort of go "huh, what" and just try to remind myself all the awesome reasons I prefer to live here than by an ocean upon which I could actually use such a device. I drove by that place with my wife recently and mentioned to her I might just go ahead and buy one anyway. She reminded me I'm an idiot.

That's the first place I thought of as well, but I couldn't see anything on their site about renting kayaks.
