I work from home and I work nights so if I want a coffee/burrito I go to mcd's. Not all that often, but when the mood hits me. Last week I went there at around midnight. They were closed! Obviously they are not open 24 hours like every other mcd's in the world.... ok, fine. I can adapt But this morning I said, ok, it's 5am, they should be open! Nope. WTH? When does a "restaurant" not open for breakfast by 5am? That's nuts!!!!

Ahhh...vent completed

I've never been to the waffle house and I don't think I have one around me. I have a sonic but their coffee is disgusting...
And sorry, mcd's is mcdonalds. I did get there this morning and I asked their hours.... 6am-11pm. I guess I am not allowed to drink coffee earlier than that, lol

Thanx, I'm used to it be referred to as Mickey D's. At least that's what my grandkids call it.

Eww, you prefer McDonalds coffee to Sonic? McD coffee is so thick you can stand a spoon up in it.

Is Seattle's Best as good as Starbucks coffee? I know that's a change of subject, but I haven't had a chance to try it (Seattle's Best) yet and was curious.

Not IMHO Peet's is a good competitor and hear it is milder. http://www.peets.com/
