Hello. I am from the northeast and i am ready to get out of here (again). We just moved back from ca., and I am so disgusted with this area. So we are thinking mabe we can try colorado this time. My question is what area in colorado has the highest number of manufacturing jobs. My wife has no problem finding jobs in her field, but my skillset is pretty much factory work. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You never know these days, since things are more decentralized, but the big dog here is Denver Metro Area with about 3M people.

Some steel mill work in Pueblo with associated downstream users of steel.

Best advice I have is to look at craigslist ads.

Pueblo is considered a manufacturing hub, however, the unemployment rate is high. If you want to move here I suggest coming out to visit first.

Denver is not a huge manufacturing area. Vestas has manufacturing plants in the state, but they have laid off many workers in the past few months.

Go to the "indeed" Job site type in production or manufacturing and you will find several jobs.
May I ask what it is you did not like about Ca and the North East ? You may find that those same things are alive in Colorado too.
