Are you looking for employee housing? First Chair are newer, Timber Ridge is scheduled for a remodel in the next year or two, not sure about the rest, they're generally dorm style living for employees, most are filled up by now. You can check the paper,

Timber Ridge has been run down for a looooonnng time and has had it's issues over the years. They date back to 1981 and they've had 3 decades of transient ski bums tramping through them. It's a place that works for 20 year olds that work the lifts, party and take out their trash once a season.
