Today it was announced that the SCOTUS refused to hear this case.

A victory for all that believe in liberty and states rights (and great weed!).

Oddly enough the conservatives (who claim to believe in liberty & states rights) are the losers on this decision.

P.S. This case was filed in 2014. It took that long just to decide not to hear the case.

Expect those states to be sore losers and start pulling over lots of cars with COLO license plates for every petty traffic offense they can think of.

I'm just glad I don't have any reason to drive in either of those crap-hole states.

This is exactly as I predicted when the suit was filed. SCOTUS has bigger fish to fry.

They only believe in states rights when it placates their base, otherwise they're more than happy to control what individuals do, or in this case don't do.

There has been discussion that they will probably refile in district court. But that will drag out over a few years. By that time, legalization in various forms will have spread far & wide.
