When you BBQ @ Home, which do you use?

I would like to see what Coloradoans use when grilling or BBQ'ing at home.

Do you use:

Gas Grill

Charcoal Grill

Off-Set smoker

Electric Smoker

Thanks for your feedback.

I believe an off-set smoker and hickory gives the best result.

Propane, you can switch it around your property to suit your taste.
Other than that, WOOD..if you are in to camping!

Default Charcoal

I am a big charcoal Weber grill fan. Can do offset cooking with no problems too if you get the big one. Gas is good if you don't have a lot of time but nothing beats the charcoal flavor.
