I'm a student transferring to USC next semester and am looking for an affordable place to live. I know the more roommates the lower the price for apartments an all and that is not a factor, just as long as I can afford it. Preferably below 400.

The cheapest place with a roommate would probably be Cornell Arms - with 1 roommate it would be below $400 including utilities. You would be hard pressed to find something below $400 a month without a roommate.

Are you looking to live right by campus? If not, that lowers your costs pretty quickly, though transportation does become an issue.

there are places by the fair grounds that are less than 400 if you want to stay by your self
