I think this is why USC fought so hard against the development on the Sandy's site.. They had their own cake in the oven that they were cooking up.. only to be thwarted by the same type of NIMBYism that they used.. As Malcom X said.. " a case of the chickens coming home to roost" which is poetic for the Gamecocks....
