Hi all,

I'm looking to rent in the Lexington/Columbia/Irmo area. I've already read the other posts, checked out cragislist and the other sources listed, but some of the decent looking homes are priced at $1000 -$1300/month. I'd like to spend no more than $750/month and would like a month to month lease. I am also finding alot of places want a yr committment. Some of the apt homes allow a 3 mo or 6 mo lease....should I just do that route instead? And if so, what apt homes do you recommend?

Nancy
