Maybe someone with a plan is watching/reading...
I'll start.
1 - Raising Cane's
2 - K & G Men's Store
3 - Fry's or BrandSmart (some sort of electronics/computer store)
I like Fry's and Brandsmart, but unfortunately they appear to be going bankrupt. Brandsmart pulled out of Atlanta, and Fry's is down to only one store their now with limited inventory. Their future remains uncertain. I used to love browsing at their Gwinnet Place store in Duluth. A giant combination of Best Buy and Radioshack, with great deals and vast selection and inventory.
For restaurants, I would like to see a Roy Rogers-Roast Beef, Burgers, and Fried Chicken, and a Big Boy. A good Shoney's would be ok, but I preferred them more back in their heyday when they were affiliated with Big Boy.

There is a Shoney's in Camden.
1. Dim Sum place - Carts rolling around type place
2. Frye's as others have suggested (Don't imagine them opening another B&M in the post-Amazon era)
3. New York Pizza place that sells slices
Honorable Mention - A Bagel joint in the northeast - Panera doesn't count.
