Polish mass @ St. Joseph's Church in Shandon (Columbia, Charleston: pierogies, store)

A co-worker directed me to the church's web-site, and had brought to my attention that there was going to be a Polish mass @ St. Joseph's Catholic Church today.

I was surprised at the number of Polish people there are, in COLA! It was a good surprise. The mass was led by a young priest that had recently been ordained in Charleston.

That's good to hear; there is also a small Eastern European grocery store on Meeting Street in West Columbia. I love their pierogies.
