Shandon Gardens apartment and surrounding area? Is it safe/nice?
Hi everyone.
I am looking at getting a place downtown and I am currently looking at a place in Shandon Apartments (on Butler Street; I guess this is in the Shandon area?) and I would like to know how safe this area/apartment complex is?

The neighborhood is very nice, it's kind of on the border between Shandon, Heathwood and Melrose Heights - all desirable neighborhoods. I've never noticed that apartment complex, it must be small.

yeah I think it is pretty small.. I think they are condos, but I could be wrong.
