Definitely a possibility for Costco and Bass Pro. I see Costco going to Midland and Bass Pro to the new Riverchase development along the Chattahoochee River in PC.

Worried about My Favorite Muffin. Been in twice and it has been empty. Not helping the cause. The Chipotle looks very "low rent" on the inside.

Most Chipotle look "low rent" as you say because they feature sustainable and recycled materials. Their however is great! Ate there in ATL yesterday. As for the higher end stores you were wanting Columbuskidd92, those will never open in Columbus at least not in our lifetime. What to expect in the next 1-2 years would be Costco, Academy and a few other not in market stores.

I have to agree about the Chipotle looking low rent. I've been to many other Chipotles in various major metro areas and this one definitely isn't as nice. It's not a "sustainable goods" for furnishings and decor issue, it's the overall appearance, setup and feel of this one compared to others. I'm a diehard Chipotle fan so the one in Columbus is kind of disappointing but I will say that I am glad it's here. I'll take low rent Chipotle over no Chipotle.
