It' amazing what CSU has done for Uptown. I really want to see where CSU will put the new dorms for the River Park campus.

I hope the new dorms they build include first floor retail space.

If they are anything like the current dorms downtown, then they should have bottom floor retail.

More great news is the fact that CSU has created an online Nurse Practitioner program. Hopefully this will lead to a full-time program on campus.

CSU is purchasing the old Ledger Enquirer building. I will be working with McClatchy/Ledger Enquirer for technologies in their new location, but the IT guy I'm working with said that CSU may use the old building for dorms.

I lived at CSU Courtyard 1 and 2 dorms for a few years. I have heard a possibility that they will be tearing down some old buildings and building new ones. They definitely need that!

But it looks like some of the major expense has already been addressed with a few campus buildings and the library. But it looks like about $15 million would still be available for other projects

It would be nice to see all of the buildings become as nice as CCT.

I love the library look, I think it was in need of a more modern facelift!
