Surely, much larger Columbus can do something similar to the Rialto and/or Bradley theaters! Especially with Rapids at Riverfront Place and two new downtown hotels in the works!!

I'd take the Springer, River Center, and the college's Riverside Theater over one Roxy Theater, no offence to Clarkesville though.

There's really not much of a "theater" left to the Bradley and I think eventually WCB will turn it into a pretty cool, but unrelated to theater space.

The Rialto is roughly restored though and is ready to be an event space with not much extra work. WCB may be waiting for a certain minimum bed occupancy rate Downtown before they seek to find a tenant that will do it justice. My bet would be a mostly live-music venue with an option for theater or the occasional movie screening.
