I had no idea Cold Stone was coming here! It's a nice new addition along with the others mentioned!

I’m sure suit city and disco fashions have already found a buyer for those spaces. I personally am glad they are relocating. They didn’t upkeep the storefronts and I feel they can become a more attractive location for a new business.

Agreed. They don’t belong downtown. There is a much better vibe now and their real estate is best suited for something else. Glad to see them go.

I agree on all counts! I'm also excited to hear that the Rialto may be coming back to life as an entertainment venue! Now, if "we" could also renovate/restore the historic Bradley (hint, hint WC BRADLEY Co) into a 4-plex or 6-plex theater! Dinner & a movie anyone? With all the new hotel rooms coming online, and not EVERYBODY doing whitewater, this seems like a no-brainer to me.

I'm pretty sure someone has purchased and it opening maybe a sports bar? I can't remember the details, but it's the guy that operated upstairs at Smoke.

I’ve heard someone was doing a sports bar but I didn’t know where. I think that’ll do well.
