I am going to be a graduate student at OSU next year. I have been looking online to find an apartment for myself and two other grad students. None of us are coming from the Columbus area and so we do not know anything about the realtors in the area. Does anyone have any suggestions as to who to avoid/who is a great realtor? Any personal input would be appreciated.

I'm a current grad student at OSU (5th year). Most other grad students I know havn't used a realtor (apartments aren't hard to come by in the area). Is there anything in particular you are looking for (i.e. # bedrooms, amenities, what kind of neighborhood you want to be around, budget)?
