I think in the winter months it can be a week by week thing or month by month. Some months have darker weather patterns, where others ( a Jan. two years ago) it was sunny and over 30 over half the month

Actually I stand corrected from post #2 above. I was just out a while ago (around 12:noon) and saw a brief glimpse of sunshine!

In Ohio, exceptions exist to every rule about weather
