Good part of town? (Westerville, Upper Arlington: renting, townhouse, place to live)

Hi. I've lived here for about 4 years. I've been a stay at home mom for most of that time and I'm still not all that familiar with the city and the surrounding areas. We're looking for a new place to live now. Tomorrow we're looking at a townhouse that is off of Satinwood Dr. which is off of 161E. Does anyone know if this is a good part of town to live in? Thanks.

I would pass on that area. Take a drive down 161 east and look at all the abandoned restaurants, the area is really bad now. If I were you I would try Clintonville, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Dublin, or Westerville. Michelle

Assuming you are renting, I would probably look at the area around Henderson and Bethel Rds, between Sawmill and Olentantgy River Rds.
