My son wants to look at some train stations in Columbus but I've never seen any. Does anyone know if there are ANY in Columbus or the surrounding area? They don't even have to still be in use. He just wants to see them for a model town he's building.

No Amtrak service in LA, nor is there commuter rail or local rail. Sorry! Union Terminal in Cincinnati is awesome and would make a great day trip. They have a really cool museum in there. That's my recommendation

Some of the surrounding small towns have stations. If I remember, I believe Waldo in Marion County has a train station that was made into a restaurant. But, last time I was there, the restaurant seemed to be closed.

Delaware's train station is still standing, but it is vacant.

Columbus once had a great train station, but it was sadly torn down in 1974. You might be able to find some postcards or photos, it was a really handsome building.

To see a real train station you need to go to Cincinnati. The mesuem center there is worth a visit and they still offer train service!

There is an old station on W Broad street near the bottoms. I think it's an old C&O or B&O station.
