Need some technical help (email, work, message, Firefox)

I have been having an issue that is driving me crazy.

There are several sites that I am on frequently and when I put my email address in it comes up as invalid email address, or check email address, etc. It can work one time and then another it will come up with that message.

I switched to Firefox from internet explorer and that doesn't help.

Any suggestions?

The form could be doing a DNS validation and while your email domain is valid, the lookup could be failing.

If the form is implemented in PHP, they are probably using this function

LET'S START AT THE BEGINNING.

What IS your email address? Not the real thing obviously, but: ##$$#@tv.cd.com
And WHY are you entering your email address? As a login?
