It's too late to get out of the deal, and it's got to be better than my Acer Aspire 5515. It was a belated bithday gift from a friend of mine last year. It has problems, but I enjoy being online.

Well, I got my "new" laptop yesterday. It hasn't powered down or crashed and it's lot faster. I've got it sitting on a six fan base, just to play it safe. I can't figure out why it won't play DVDs and I can't get to install Ubuntu Linux 17.10, which I assume will have Firefox Quantum. I've tried installing it on my own, but I'm not having any luck.

Any suggestions?
