I log in to my bank, when I click on Accounts and then Activity which shows money spent it pulls it up with information and drops it and will continue indefinitely. This on Win 7 and Google Chrome 77 32 Bit.
I have turned this into the bank.Is it possible to be computer trouble?I am computer illiterate.

Yes try a different browser. Also does this also happen on other pages with the same bank. Problems with any other site?

Go general maintenance update your windows software and computer operating system.

On your computer click on settings and then Update and security.

I can access any and all information from this branch site bank and can do same with main bank.I have never had any trouble accessing any info of any kind, doctors portal, did keep my bank in Denver CO when I moved to FL,lived there over 20 years, was wondering if bank software was possible trouble?
I did not think that Win 7 could be updated?I will try your suggestions.
I have been with them for 6 years.
Where I access my account activity there are 6 choices and can pull any of them up.
Thank you,I will later see what the bank has to say,I will change banks if necessary.

The bank changed themes which eliminated one step and a very simplistic screen,so maybe timing because I have dial up.
Under old set up after login,I had 3 steps, now have one for account activity, very simplistic screen with options scattered, not on drop down.
