What types of things should I look out for? Some of the one bedrooms seem surprisingly cheap, (<150K) and usually there are reasons for this.

I'm only seeing 2 listings "downtown" that are <150K, one of which is a foreclosure.

Oh wow what a sneaky move!!

This changes everything, I was wondering why I wasn't seeing anything resembling this when I was looking at the ariel view on google maps!
