I'm kind of shocked as I read the paper and see that Stamford had a quake Friday night. It was only a 2.1 magnitude, but still... I guess not too many people felt it.

There is a fault line under Stamford. Been a while since its moved. 2.1's happen constanly all over the place but I guess its not common around Stamford. There was one last year I believe too.

I think most of the urban hoopties with their mega subwoofers rattle the ground at a greater magnitude. LOL.

Although I didn't personally feel it (my boss and I were in the car together on I-95 at the time), I recall much chatter about last August's earthquake which was felt throughout Connecticut and the east coast.

Earthquake felt in Connecticut: 5.8 quake centered in Virginia

Last earthquake I ever felt was when I lived out in CA the Northridge quake of '94 I never felt any here in CT yet.
