Do u agree it was based on cities over 50,000 with Allstate

Two Connecticut cities have earned a place at the bottom of a national best drivers list.
The Allstate Insurance Company released its 10th annual America's Best Drivers Report.
The data is from the country's 200 largest cities. It ranked them in terms of collision frequency.
Featured on the back end of the report is Bridgeport and New Haven.
Bridgeport finished at 185 and New Haven at 191. That put them as being the 16th and 10th worst cities for drivers in the country.

Allstate said that was a drop of two spots from last year's report.
The insurer said the average driver in New Haven will experience a crash every 6.3 years and is just over 59 percent more likely to crash than the average American.
In Bridgeport, it's 6.7 years, which is nearly 50 percent more likely than average.
"We don't want drivers in Connecticut to be discouraged by their ranking," said Ed Bernier, a New Haven

Allstate agent. "Instead, we want the report to challenge drivers in Connecticut to make positive changes to their driving. Our goal with this report is to make the cities that fall on the bottom of the list safer places to live and raise families."
Springfield, MA, Worcester, MA and Boston, MA were also in the bottom 10.
The top honors for the safest driving went to Fort Collins, CO. It's the fourth year in a row that the city has finished in first place, according to Allstate.
The average driver there will experience a collision every 14.2 years, which is nearly 30 percent less likely than the rest of the country.

I'm surprised Connecticut doesn't take up the entire top 10 or top 20 list.

The state motto really needs to be: "Connecticut: the confluence of terrible drivers and even worse roads"
