One final questions (I hope ) There is a apt in Tudor Ridge that is very close to my husband's work and would allow pets if needed. Trying to decide if take this sight unseen or if Spinnaker Walk is a better option even though about 8 miles further away from work. Both have w/d, 1 bedroom etc.

Thoughts???

Thank you!!

Tudor Ridge is a condo complex, not an apartment complex. Spinnaker is more modern of course, but Tudor Ridge is definitely closer to work. Safety wise, Tudor Ridge is very safe. I would have to think Spinnaker would be safe also.

Edit to say: Warner Hill Road is steep, and can be a bit of a pain in snow.

Also to note: Spinnaker Walk is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants (not sure of your social life, but it's a nice spot) and to the train station. Not sure if your husbands work is close to a train station...but if he can commute, with not being used to the snow, it's not a bad idea.

I have friends that live in one of the Spinnaker complexes and they like it.

I had not thought about the hill, that is a good point. Thank you for the insights, it is much appreciated.
