The biggest problem at the Norwalk/Wilton DMV is parking. Often there are no spaces for parking your car, and circling & competing for a spot becomes an ordeal.

Probably because more people than they can handle are renewing through AAA because of DMV dysfunction. I used AAA to renew my license for the first time this year.

Starting 2017, AAA non-members will no longer be able to use AAA offices Fairfield and New Haven counties for licensing and ID renewal services.

The AAA offices in the other six counties just became busier. I'm sure people will drive to another county to avoid the DMV.
