Does anyone know where I could get home delivery for the very-antiquated useage of an indoor coal stove? We have a lovely antique stove that is on a hearth in the house we bought, but haven't used it.
We haven't really wanted to use it since coal can be dirty and all. But, with the price of home heating oil outrageous these days, we figured we'd give it a shot. Problem is, who delivers coal?? We live in Stamford...
Anyone know? Thanks!

I get my coal from Back to Basics in Terryville, CT; 40 lb bags @ 6.25/bag. I know it's quite a distance from Stamford but coal dealers are few and far between and it is a source and they have plenty. Doubt they deliver even locally.
