Anyone shed some light on the Regency Condos in Ridgefield?

Nice area? Good condos?

I know Toll Brothers makes a quality product for a production builder, one of the best in the country.

Toll Brothers is know to be one of the country's better builders of upscale housing. They certainly are one of the largest as well. I can't speak of their Ridgefield development but similar developments in by Toll here in CT are very nice and fairly well built. One thing to be careful of is their deposits are usually non-refundable. A neighbor of my sister entered into a contract to build an upscale home with Toll but then lost his job and was forced to relocate. They refused to refund his deposit, but they did offer to apply that deposit to another Toll home near their new job. Be sure to have a lawyer look over anything you are given BEFORE you sign. Good luck. Jay

These are age restricted condos, 55 and above. If you fit that criteria and want more information, let me know

Great Investment Opportunity if you are 55 and older, especially with the expansion of Route 7
