We are from Milford to Greenwich only! Note: These towns only: Milford Stratford Southport Fairfield Westport Norwalk/East & South Norwalk Darien/Norton Heights Stamford/Glenbrook/Springdale Greenwich/Byram/Riverside Thanks any other towns wont work for us! Ideally looking to spend more then 2200 but ideally more like 2000. Ultimately we want to buy, so we are continuing to aim for that goal so paying less will allows us to do that. We lived in CT plus I am a CT native so we familiar with most of CT so that helps when you provide us with details to get a gauge of the area.

We are looking for long term House rental. We are accustomed to nice things and living conditions. We always lived in new construction or newly renovated. We are non-partiers and non-smokers, with us comes a 7-year-old Shih Tzu who is loving, pretty much sleeps most of the day. He is well liked and fully house broken (plus we curb him). Ideally the house can be walking distance to train station (not a deal breaker though) as one of us works in Manhattan.

We have a combined income of well over 6 figures, good credit and awesome references (including old landlords).

We know it’s too soon to explore but our lease will end in September/October but why not have a secure deal. Let’s talk about it and work it out we are flexible and easy going but cautious. For the right place we can pay double rent if need be. Long term is better and working out an option to buy got be even better.

Some criteria but not limited to: 2 Bedrooms, fenced in yard would be a plus, the newer or older renovated also a plus. Linoleum floors, formica and wall to wall carpeting probably won't work for us. We would like at least 1000 square feet. We always enhance where we live and keep our living conditions impeccable just ask our old landlords.

Currently we live in Hoboken, NJ so we can start by seeing pictures and hearing details of the property then setting up time to meet in person.
