I have tried for over 6 months too find information on manufactured homes in the Lake Tansi -- Fair Field Glade area of Crossville,TN. It must be such a secret no one is saying anything,Does any one know? I see a dozen manufactured home dealers in the Crossville -- Cookeville area. Some one must be buying manufactured homes and where are they putting them.I have contacted both Chambers in Cookeville - Crossville. Still a very big secret on where these parks and or lots are located......

Thanks for the website. I asked them to send me some information on Crossville. Yes, my husband and I are not in need for jobs. What we are looking for is at least one acre of land and to be near a lake. Being near the airport is not a necessity. Again, I thank all for their input. You have been helping us alot.

If you want to be near a lake, then Crossville might not be your thing. Kingston is right ON a lake, and Cookeville is close to a different, larger lake (Center Hill). A lot of people from Crossville end up going to Cookeville anyway for shopping (Sam's Club, Sears, JCPenney, Belk, Kohl's, etc.) or eating out (Red Lobster, Chili's, Outback, etc.) so living closer to Cookeville and Center Hill Lake might be something to consider.

I believe there is an answer for you in another thread.
It's the one about Fairfield Glade.... someone posted a person to contact in there.
Go to search and type in Fairfield Glade, it should be in there.
I read it today, so, it's recent... either from last night or today.

How far is Crossville and Kingston from Cookeville? I know our real estate agent also suggested Fairfield Glades. But from what I saw I think the people are much older than my husband and I.

Thanks for the information "BUT" the only information I'm getting out of Fair Field Glade and the Lake Tansi area on manufactured homes is a PDF Document describing their rules and regulation on setting up a home and what rules and regulations for the Home Owners Association.Each place has section for manufactured homes Lake Tansi has more section,Fair Field Glade is at the top of the hill so too speak and Lake Tansi is at the bottom of the hill.Just cannot wait to get their and check stuff out...

I have tried for over 6 months too find information on manufactured homes in the Lake Tansi -- Fair Field Glade area of Crossville,TN. It must be such a secret no one is saying anything,Does any one know? I see a dozen manufactured home dealers in the Crossville -- Cookeville area. Some one must be buying manufactured homes and where are they putting them.I have contacted both Chambers in Cookeville - Crossville. Still a very big secret on where these parks and or lots are located......
