Baxter has such potential: great schools because it's in Putnam County, and less than an hour from the Nashville airport, all on I-40. It's kind of a scruffy little town right now, but I hope the new railroad depot will help spawn some sprucing up in the little town.

Default Baxter Development

The new liquor sales and tax revenue should also help to boost the economy. Does anyone know what they are building across from Love's Truck Stop on the eastside of 56?

Beretta,

I wish I could have been there. I'm sure I would have enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I'm far from Tennessee. I'm stuck in California for at least 7 more years.
